Michael Mbithi, is a world citizen born in Nairobi, Kenya and currently based in Switzerland, he is the founder of Gastrover; a culinary and travel company where he brings his two passions of gastronomy and travelling together to give his clients an exquisite experience. With a career spanning 10 years having gained experience and advancement internationally from high profile Restaurants & Hotels (Les Trois Rois, Muthaiga Country Club, Swissôtel Hotel & Resorts, Gasthof zum Ochsen etc.) his background is versatile, passionate in his skills and always open to new and exciting avenues of learning to capture each client’s needs.

– Graduate from César Ritz Colleges Lucerne. Switzerland
– Certified Culinary chef by Top Chef Culinary Institute Nairobi
-10 years of Culinary Arts experience in different African & European countries
